Use CRM tools to manage and track leads. Customer Service: Clearly explain what a consortium is, how it works, and its benefits. Identify the customer's profile and needs to recommend the most suitable consortium group. Prepare consortium plan simulations (installment amounts, terms, fees, and chances of being awarded). Compare different options and clarify doubts regarding contract rules. Negotiate terms, deadlines, and payment methods within the administrator's guidelines. Close sales by sending documentation and obtaining contract signatures. Promote content and campaigns on social media and other digital channels. Participate in trade fairs, events, and partnerships to increase product visibility. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (higher education preferred, either ongoing or completed) Prior sales experience (preferably in finance, consortiums, insurance, or automotive sectors). Basic knowledge of financial mathematics (installments, interest, simulations). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology and tools such as CRM, WhatsApp, and social media. Proactive, persuasive profile with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to conduct fieldwork and visit customers.
