Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the procurement cycle—from inventory acquisition and replenishment to cost optimization and supplier relationship management—ensuring internal supply. Development of solid supplier relationships Perform inventory replenishment purchases, ensuring adequate supply of materials, products, and services according to internal demands; Handle emergency purchases and events, ensuring timely acquisition of required items; Issue purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with agreed specifications; Analyze internal procurement needs, considering technical specifications and requirements from requesting departments; Research and select suppliers, qualifying them in accordance with company-established criteria; Identify opportunities for cost optimization, seeking viable alternatives to reduce expenses; Participate in strategic negotiations with key suppliers to build strong, long-term relationships; Stay updated on the supplier market and procurement trends, continuously improving processes. Prepare procurement reports, providing internal information and supporting strategic analysis and decision-making. Meet department-defined performance levels through established KPIs and targets.
