Document organization and management **JOB DESCRIPTION** Provide administrative support to the **purchasing and shipping** departments, ensuring adequate product supply, order control, logistical organization, and operational support for the supplement supply chain. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Research and selection of suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, and delivery time; * Support in negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Issuing and tracking purchase orders; * Inventory and stock control; * Organization and management of documents (purchase orders, invoices, and contracts); * Updating purchasing spreadsheets and systems; * Issuing purchase orders according to inventory needs; * Supporting inbound and outbound goods control; * Assisting in organizing physical inventory. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Completed high school; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Prior experience in purchasing, shipping, or logistics; * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority; * Advantage: Experience in the **supplements or food industry.** **Benefits** * Meal allowance of **R$ 20.00 per business day;** * Transportation allowance.
