Apply now for the **Administrative Analyst I** position and join our team \#souCPK **Responsibilities and duties*** Perform daily analysis of sales orders for invoicing; * Review customer invoices and specifications to ensure accuracy with contracts; * Coordinate order preparation for shipment, ensuring all items are picked and prepared according to order specifications; * Organize product transportation to customers by coordinating with carriers and ensuring delivery deadlines are met; * Monitor delivery status and ensure goods are delivered within established timeframes; * Maintain strict control over finished goods inventory, assisting in tracking and verifying inventory levels; * Identify and analyze recurring issues in shipping and inventory management processes, proposing solutions and improvements; * Assist the Billing Analyst II in identifying cost reduction opportunities and process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed degree (Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields).
