Join our intern team! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Opening and tracking purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders; * Monitoring payments, issuing invoices, and liaising with suppliers; * Reporting cost performance results; * Tracking Cost Committee requests; * Monitoring maintenance KPIs and generating management and control reports. * Tracking service orders and generating management and control reports. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in at least the 4th semester of Engineering, Technology, or Administration; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (pivot tables, macros, SAP, dashboards, etc); * Proactive, dynamic, focused, and concentrated, adaptable. * Analytical profile, observant, highly organized (this role requires parallel tracking of multiple tasks), communicative, with quick logical reasoning and problem-detection ability; **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate English.
