Job Summary: The professional will design and organize daily training sessions for children, implement individualized teaching protocols based on ABA, and monitor behavioral progress. Focus on behavioral intervention and progress in children **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM \- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Design and organize each child's daily training sessions according to technical team guidance; * Provide support to children enrolled in the "Abracar" project, implementing individualized teaching protocols based on ABA interventions developed by the technical team, aiming to develop skills and prevent or reduce behavioral problems; * Intervene promptly in critical situations posing risk to the patient, including rapid identification and decision-making; * Enter daily progress data for each child into the system developed by the technical team; * Report implementation difficulties and behavioral progress issues to the technical team based on service delivery; * Inform parents about the daily progress of each child's sessions; * Attend supervisions, sessions, and activities defined by the technical team regularly and punctually; * Participate as an Assistant in clinical case discussions and in defining treatments and approaches for project patients, supporting decision-making regarding new actions; * Participate in parent and caregiver guidance groups; * Guide caregivers and families on self-care and patient management measures developed by the technical team; * Assist in developing and updating SOPs related to their area of responsibility; * Monitor patients and families when requested by the technical team; * Support, as needed, programs developed by the Preventive Medicine Department; * Maintain descriptive records of children's behaviors to provide information for planning and continuity of intervention actions and preparation of specific reports; * Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities of their operational unit and the nature of their work, as directed by superiors. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Pedagogy, Physical Therapy, Physical Education, or related fields; * Preferred: Short courses in Behavior Analysis covering topics relevant to service provision; * Experience delivering services to children with behavioral disorders or autism; * Participation in cultural, therapeutic, and leisure activities; * Basic Microsoft Office package. **Benefits:** Education Assistance, Internal Benefits, Pharmacy Benefit Plan, Parking, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit-Sharing Opportunity, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
