Job Summary: Professional responsible for designing and organizing daily training sessions for children, applying individualized teaching protocols based on ABA. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in clinical case supervision and discussions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12:45 PM to 4:50 PM \- 5:05 PM to 7:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Design and organize each child's daily training sessions according to technical team guidance; * Provide services to children enrolled in the Abracar Project, implementing individualized ABA-based teaching protocols developed by the technical team, aiming to develop skills and prevent or reduce behavioral problems; * Intervene promptly in critical situations posing risk to patients, including rapid identification and decision-making; * Enter daily progress data for each child into the system developed by the technical team; * Report to the technical team any difficulties encountered during implementation of procedures and any issues regarding children’s behavioral progress, based on service delivery; * Inform parents about the daily progress of each child’s sessions; * Attend supervision sessions, service appointments, and activities scheduled by the technical team regularly and punctually; * Participate as an Assistant in clinical case discussions and in defining treatment plans and patient approaches for projects, supporting decision-making for new interventions; * Participate in parent and caregiver orientation groups; * Guide caregivers and families on self-care measures and patient management strategies, as developed by the technical team; * Assist in developing and updating SOPs related to one’s area of responsibility; * Provide follow-up support to patients and their families upon request from the technical team; * Assist, when necessary, in programs developed by the Preventive Medicine Department; * Maintain descriptive records of children’s behaviors to provide information for intervention planning, continuity of actions, and preparation of specific reports; * Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities of one’s operational unit and nature of work, as directed by superiors. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Pedagogy, Physical Therapy, Physical Education, or related fields; * Preferred: Short courses in Behavior Analysis covering topics relevant to service provision; * Experience delivering services to children with behavioral disorders and autism; * Participation in cultural, therapeutic, and leisure activities; * Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency. **Benefits:** Education allowance, Internal benefits, Pharmacy benefit plan, Parking, Birthday leave, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Profit-sharing opportunity, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
