Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and managing the implementation of systems and application projects, with a focus on understanding the client's business and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Ability to lead technical teams and work autonomously Description: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in project management using various methodologies (Agile and Waterfall); * Knowledge of requirements analysis and user story writing; * Experience with API development and integration projects; * Knowledge of microservices, BDD, acceptance testing, and system validation; * Proven experience in highly complex projects; * Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, as well as MS\-Project. Advantages * Prior experience in projects using the API First methodology; * Experience in the financial sector; * Experience in Data projects (e.g., DW, BI, and similar projects); * Knowledge and experience in building and monitoring project KPIs, especially quality-related KPIs; * Plan and manage the implementation of information systems and application projects, involving understanding of the client's business; * Map client needs; * Specify the solution; * Monitor project timelines; * Align deliveries and requirements; * Ensure delivery of projects ranging from idea conception/detailed definition, external vendor contracting (where applicable), development and delivery, to post\-go-live support (typically the first 30 days); * Analyze technological trends to identify optimal opportunities; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels (including C\-Levels); * Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions in dynamic environments, ensuring high-quality deliveries even under challenging deadlines; * Ability to lead technical development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. 2511270202401889125
