**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Professional

* Manage and govern the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
* Plan, monitor, and control schedules, scope, costs, risks, and metrics across multiple concurrent projects.
* Apply and adapt PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies according to the nature and maturity of each project.
* Support business and technology areas in defining, analyzing, and tracking system requirements.
* Lead the preparation, analysis, consolidation, and follow\-up of RFIs, ensuring clarity of information and adherence to deadlines.
* Act as a facilitator among stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive reports for leadership review.
* Monitor risks, dependencies, and impediments, proposing action and mitigation plans.
* Ensure compliance with best practices in governance, documentation, and project management standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the organization’s project management maturity evolution.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Proven experience working as a PMO or in project management, leading multiple simultaneous projects.
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including expertise in:
* PMBOK
* Agile methodologies
* Scrum
* Ability to read, interpret, and understand system requirements (functional and non-functional).
* Experience preparing, analyzing, and tracking RFIs (Request for Information), acting as the interface between technical and business areas.
* Critical analytical skills, along with strong organizational and demand-prioritization abilities.
* Experience developing executive reports and presentations for managerial and executive leadership.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into executive-level language.
