Job Summary: A Site Supervisor professional is required to supervise teams, monitor civil works, interpret project documents, control materials and equipment usage, and ensure service quality and safety. A mining company seeks a Site Supervisor in Ubiratã. **Responsibilities:** Supervise teams of masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other construction personnel. Monitor the execution of civil works (warehouses, foundations, structures, drainage, etc.). Interpret project documents and guide the team according to technical specifications. Control the use of materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with the construction schedule. Inspect the quality of completed services. Implement and reinforce occupational safety regulations. Report construction progress to the responsible engineer. Previous experience as Construction Foreman, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
