The largest açaí and ice cream franchise network in the country is hiring: **Store Manager** – Copacabana/RJ Unit **Salary and benefits**: R$ 2.500,00 + Position of trust (40%): R$ 1.000,00 + Transportation Allowance + Meal/Voucher Allowance 500,00 + Dental Plan **Working hours**: Rotating 6x1 schedule – position of trust without working hour control **Main Responsibilities**: * Fully manage the store, balancing operational and managerial responsibilities to ensure achievement of financial and performance targets, team engagement, and maintenance of company standards; • Plan, supervise, and control all store activities (sales, inventory, costs, staff, and customer service); • Monitor operational and financial KPIs (revenue, average transaction value, cost of goods sold, waste, and unit P&L); • Implement actions to achieve sales and productivity targets; • Manage the team, including providing feedback, evaluations, and development plans; • Ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards; • Cascade strategic meetings and alignments; • Prepare staff schedules, manage personnel files, and oversee hiring processes; • Conduct recruitment and selection **Professional Experience**: Minimum 1 year managing food service or similar retail stores **Mandatory Technical Requirements**: • KPI management (sales, COGS, P&L, productivity, absenteeism); • Inventory and stock control; • Customer service and loyalty techniques; • Goal planning and execution; • Cost management and budgetary control; • Basic use of spreadsheets and performance reports. **Behavioral Requirements**: • Inspirational leadership and people development; • Proactivity; • Analytical ability and business acumen; • Assertive communication and empathy; • Decision-making under pressure; • Planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset. **Academic Requirements**: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
