**Job Description:** **Supply Planning:** Collaborate in the development of supply plans based on sales forecasts and other inputs from the sales department; lead the execution of supply plans based on sales forecasts and other factors, ensuring products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels, identify alert points, and act to prevent stockouts or excess inventory; **Demand Analysis:** Analyze historical sales data and other information to identify patterns and trends, assisting in decision-making regarding supply; **Order Management:** Analyze the order portfolio from issuance to delivery, ensuring customer needs are met; Monitor the complete order cycle from issuance to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels; Act as a point of contact for resolving issues and prioritizing critical orders with the sales team and other departments; Develop reports and control dashboards to monitor operational performance; **Indicator Analysis:** Monitor supply performance indicators, such as % stock availability at branches, OTIF, and identify improvement opportunities; Act as a knowledge multiplier, supporting the technical development of junior analysts; **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** Excel and Power BI (basic level).
