Posted 1 day ago · 1 vacancy · Curitiba, PR – Brazil###### **Job Details** * Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ) * Professional area: Civil Engineering ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** \- Preparation and monitoring of technical and executive budgets for construction projects, based on cost compositions and productivity metrics; \- Analysis and interpretation of executive design documents to define scope, perform quantity take-offs, and pricing; \- Use of reference databases such as SINAPI, ORSE, SICRO, and regional price tables to calculate direct and indirect costs; \- Development and updating of physical and financial schedules, including monitoring of deadlines, costs, and resources; \- Support to the procurement department in defining scopes and conducting technical evaluation of proposals; \- Coordination with construction teams and clients to align objectives, deadlines, and planning adjustments; \- Preparation of management reports and performance tracking presentations (physical and financial); \- Use of tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel for control and scenario simulation. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction planning; \- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel; \- Experience with ERP Sienge; \- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
