Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in building and industrial maintenance to lead teams, plan and execute maintenance activities, with emphasis on safety and productivity. Focus on safety, productivity, and cost optimization We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in building and industrial maintenance, capable of leading teams, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, contributing to continuous process improvement, and joining our team. Work with focus on safety, productivity, and cost. Requirements: * Knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems. * Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. Typical Responsibilities: * Coordinate maintenance team activities (priorities, urgencies). * Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance plans. * Analyze failures and propose durable technical solutions. * Monitor maintenance indicators (e.g., backlog). * Ensure safety during team activities (NRs, work permits, etc.). * Supervise in-house, outsourced services, and audits. Desired Education: * Technical course in Electricity, Hydraulics or related fields (mandatory) and driver's license. * Complementary courses; higher education in maintenance management, leadership, or occupational safety.
