Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing maintenance diagnostics, scheduling service orders, communicating with supervisors, and managing quotations and monitoring of external services. Manage quotations and monitor the execution of external services. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive and analyze maintenance diagnostics, identifying priorities and essential details required for execution. Schedule maintenance activities, specifying: operator, materials, deadlines, and other relevant details to ensure efficient execution. Maintain active communication with the Maintenance Supervisor, relaying information on scheduled service orders and any additional necessary data. Direct service orders requiring managerial evaluation, such as outsourcing of services or disposal of items. Conduct quotations with service providers, analyze proposals, and submit them for approval in accordance with company policy. Prepare items for external maintenance or quotation, arranging transportation for dispatch and return to the resort.
