Responsibilities Deliver specialized classes and workshops. Facilitate pedagogical activities that develop technical, social, and behavioral competencies related to employability. Continuously monitor the performance and development of participants. Conduct parent meetings and participate in Class Councils, sharing information about adolescents' progress. Prepare weekly reports, lesson plans, teaching schedules, and supporting materials. Guide participants on institutional rules and procedures. Collaborate with the team on initiatives and tasks related to strengthening employability projects. Participate in employability fairs. Contact families or legal guardians.
