Description: * Proficiency in technical content related to key Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to the company's activities (especially: NR\-6, NR\-10, NR\-11, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-20, NR\-22, NR\-33 and NR\-35\). * Ability to deliver practical training safely and didactically in hazardous environments such as heights, confined spaces, hot areas, and operations involving equipment and hand tools. * Knowledge in using audiovisual support tools and digital training platforms (e.g.: PowerPoint, technical videos, control spreadsheets, e-learning platforms). * Familiarity with legal and administrative documents such as attendance lists, training records, PPE forms, certificates, and evaluation reports. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt technical content to the audience's comprehension level (operational, technical or managerial). * Practical teaching approach, skilled at making content accessible and applicable to workers' daily routines. * Valid registration with the relevant professional council, when applicable (e.g.: MTE/CFT Occupational Safety Technician); * Valid driver's license, category B or higher (desirable, especially if external trainings are required). * Support the Training and Occupational Safety management team by assisting in identifying technical and legal training needs for employees. * Plan, organize and deliver theoretical and practical training, with special focus on Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to the sector (e.g.: NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-18, NR\-19, NR\-20, NR\-22, NR\-23, NR\-35\). * Act as an instructor for new employee onboarding, periodic refresher courses, and mandatory job-specific or risk-based trainings. * Ensure training content is up-to-date according to current legislation, operation manuals, internal guidelines, and trainee profiles. * Develop and administer assessments to measure learning outcomes, record results, and provide feedback to the responsible team. * Assist in logistical organization of trainings, including class scheduling, attendance list management, certificate printing, and reporting. * Ensure adequacy of training environments and teaching resources, guaranteeing safe and effective conditions for practical training sessions. * Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and promote awareness regarding safety, preventive behavior, and organizational culture. 2511150202461593552
