Interface with clients, public authorities, and other stakeholders **Job Description:** ---------------------- H\&P is seeking a Social Analyst to work in Paranaguá and Pontal do Paraná/PR. The professional will be responsible for social accompaniment of families, generation of socioeconomic indicators, and institutional relationship management. Candidates will be evaluated based on seniority, functional knowledge, and experience in related activities. Responsibilities: Social accompaniment of families eligible for resettlement; Outreach to families through housing and lifestyle support strategies; Familiarity with pre-housing and post-housing work fronts; Conducting home visits and registering families, as well as performing activities near concessioned highways; Preparing reports and updating databases; Interface with clients, public authorities, and other stakeholders; Drafting technical opinions; Managing information in Excel. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (Category B) with practical driving experience; Residence in Ourinhos/SP or surrounding region; Availability for business travel. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related fields; Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to organize records. Prior experience in Infrastructure, Social Dialogue, and/or Resettlement, Expropriation/Relocation projects is desirable.
