Learn more about us on our website: https://vagas.michelin.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and support diverse teams regarding products developed by MCF through meetings, collaborative tools, and technical support tickets; * Ensure planning, control, and execution of system deliverables in production worldwide via weekly controls of scheduled production changes; * Collaborate closely with other departments of the executive leadership team to deepen technical understanding and propose process improvements through daily coordination with development and engineering colleagues; * Create procedures and technical documentation to facilitate comprehension across the entire support team using text editing tools, diagramming software, and the internal support wiki; * Monitor application and hardware monitoring systems to maintain production systems using dashboards from Nagios and Datadog; * Perform routine maintenance and updates of the active equipment base by editing pre-configured scripts, using equipment maintenance tools, and executing remote commands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of programming languages (Java, C, Python, PHP) and programming logic; * Familiarity with distributed version control systems (GIT, SVN); * Knowledge of SQL language and databases; * Knowledge of Linux operating system, basic server administration commands, and shell scripting; * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance or reimbursement for shuttle service; * Meal and/or food allowance; * Multi-benefit card; * Health and dental insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Daycare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Payroll-deductible loan; * Employee stock purchase plan; * Birthday day off; * Discount partnerships with partner companies (language schools, universities); * Discounts on Michelin tires; * Annual flu vaccination campaign; * Psychological health promotion program; * Development platform. **Attention: We inform you that we do not hire third-party companies that charge candidates to participate in our hiring processes!
