





Ensure the development, implementation, and strategic evolution of the company’s marketing efforts by structuring processes, strengthening brand presence, and driving results. Work analytically, creatively, and integratively to create value, increase visibility, support the sales team, and ensure consistent communication across all channels and touchpoints—directly contributing to the sustainable growth and solid positioning of the group’s brands. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth and positioning objectives. * Structure and organize internal departmental processes, workflows, and controls to support the implementation and maturation of the marketing function. * Create, implement, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring message coherence across target audiences and channels. * Adhere to the editorial calendar, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and institutional materials. * Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence—including social media, websites, blogs, SEO, paid traffic, and sponsored campaigns. * Create and review diverse content (social media posts, videos, copy, scripts, presentations, advertisements, and graphic materials). * Support vendor and partner management (agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, printing services, etc.), ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, promotional strategies, and conversion campaigns. * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. * Develop and execute branding, positioning, brand-strengthening, and visual identity initiatives. * Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and customer communications. * Monitor marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes, producing analytical reports and strategic insights. * Support events, external activities, activations, and institutional campaigns as needed. * Ensure visual identity alignment, brand consistency, and standardized communication across all touchpoints. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in marketing with strategic responsibilities. * Proficiency in content creation and management, branding, and corporate communication. * Ability to structure processes and implement improvements. * Knowledge of graphic design, photography, or audiovisual content production. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and autonomy. * Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset. * Preferred: Experience managing multiple brands or segments simultaneously.
