Would you like to join us in the **Universe of Knowledge?** **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, **from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Maringá/PR** To learn more about **Vitru** and its brands Unicesumar and Uniasselvi, visit our website: https://www.vitru.com.br/. #### **Responsibilities** * Perform video editing tasks according to departmental standards and guidelines, ensuring technical quality, consistency, and aesthetic alignment in deliverables. * Edit educational and institutional audiovisual content, such as lectures, learning capsules, podcasts, interviews, and supporting videos. * Perform cuts, rhythm adjustments, and audio-video synchronization, ensuring fluency, clarity, and adherence to scripts and pedagogical or institutional objectives. * Insert and adapt graphic elements (intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, subtitles, credits, and soundtracks), respecting visual identity and proposing improvements when appropriate. * Apply color correction and audio treatment, ensuring adequate technical quality for display platforms. * Export materials in required formats and specifications for LMS, YouTube, Vimeo, and other internal environments. * Organize projects, files, and versioning, following department-established workflows. * Address requests for adjustments and revisions, performing corrections based on received feedback. * Support recording and/or broadcasting activities—whether in-studio or on-location—as needed, assisting with audio and video checks. #### **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communication, Multimedia Production, Audiovisual, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. * Intermediate proficiency in After Effects. * Prior experience in educational video editing and familiarity with large-scale audiovisual production routines is desirable. * Autonomy and responsibility in performing tasks. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
