




Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting and retaining customers, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and analyzing the market across media channels. Key Highlights: 1. Competitive analysis and team support * Prospect and Retain Customers: Identify and approach potential new customers, focusing on expanding the portfolio and reinforcing long-term partnerships. * Develop Sales Strategies: Create customized commercial plans, considering the specific characteristics and needs of each client and agency. * Customer Service: Conduct in-person and online customer service; * Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead annual and ad-hoc negotiations, ensuring optimal terms for both parties. * Sales Planning and Analysis: Develop and monitor the annual sales plan, including weekly performance forecasting. * Competitive Monitoring: Analyze advertising campaigns by advertisers in other markets to identify improvement opportunities and future strategies. * Support for Other Markets: Provide information and insights regarding clients and campaigns to the São Paulo and Brasília teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of sales experience. Mandatory requirement: personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and experience with media vehicles (radio, newspaper, TV, digital media, etc.). Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract.
