





JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on social media management and strengthening the brand's online presence. Works in an integrated manner with content, design, paid traffic, and sales teams, ensuring communication consistency and achievement of marketing objectives. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing or related field; * Creative writing and strong command of Portuguese; * Analytical skills and organizational ability; * Strong communication and integrated vision between online and offline; * Knowledge of communication strategies focused on sales and institutional messaging; * Communicative / Assertive communication; * Committed; * Ability to receive feedback; * Proactivity; * Time management. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Planning and Strategy ● Develop and execute content plans for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), aligned with brand positioning and goals. ● Identify communication opportunities and applicable digital trends for the business. ● Contribute to defining campaigns, product launches, and posting schedules. ● Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing actions (online and offline). 2\. Content Creation and Management ● Write captions, scripts, and texts for posts, short videos, stories, and advertisements. ● Provide creative briefs to the design and audiovisual team for material production. ● Ensure brand visual identity and tone of voice across all channels. ● Curate content and adapt institutional materials for social media. 3\. Performance Management ● Monitor and analyze engagement, reach, growth, and conversion metrics across social media platforms. ● Generate performance reports and strategic insights for continuous optimization. ● Suggest improvements and adjustments based on data and digital behavior trends. 4\. Community Engagement and Relationship ● Manage audience interactions on social media (comments, direct messages, mentions). ● Encourage interaction and build an engaged community around the brand. 5\.
