Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to the Engineering team, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in the processes of activation, maintenance, and monitoring of projects, equipment, and broadcasters. Perform control, monitoring, and updating of data related to originating, repeater, affiliate stations, and other signal transmission formats. Support administrative and technical activation during the implementation or launch of new stations and systems. Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, maintaining records of interventions and informing responsible technical teams. Record and monitor data in spreadsheets and systems, as well as generate reports and dashboards in Power BI. Prepare presentations and technical documents to support the Engineering area. Monitor and verify signal stability across transmission media, reporting anomalies and supporting RF, radio, TV, and internet teams. Stay updated on technological trends, engineering best practices, and the audiovisual market. Support general administrative tasks such as contract management, budgets, purchase requests, and technical documentation. Contribute ideas and process improvements to optimize department performance. Provide support to related departments as directed by Engineering supervision or coordination. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education (ongoing) in Engineering, Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Basic knowledge of radio, TV, or transmission network technical infrastructure (desirable). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple demands. Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
