A strategic position with significant impact on company results **About the Position** We are looking for a **Commercial Director** to lead our expansion strategy in the **Out-of-Home (OOH) Media** segment across various regions of Brazil. We seek a professional with strong experience in communication vehicles and business acumen, capable of structuring and leading our commercial division during a period of accelerated growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop the company’s national commercial strategy aligned with the CEO’s vision. * Manage and develop sales teams across multiple locations. * Expand strategic partnerships with agencies, advertisers, and media outlets. * Ensure delivery of results through management of KPIs, targets, and commercial processes. * Represent the company institutionally in high-impact negotiations. **Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in communication vehicles (TV, Radio, OOH). * Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Strategic mindset, results-oriented, with excellent negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel frequently. **Work Location** **Curitiba/PR or Londrina/PR** (with mobility to other regions). **What We Offer** * Opportunity to lead the expansion of a prominent brand in the OOH media market. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the strategic level of the position \+ aggressive variable compensation. * A dynamic, innovative, and rapidly expanding work environment.
