We seek a Senior Project Analyst with solid experience in managing and providing tactical\-operational support for implementation and optimization projects of systems, with mandatory focus on SAP ERP and the Guepardo Tax solution. This professional will be critical to ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and legal compliance of IT projects involving fiscal systems, acting as the focal point for Guepardo integration with SAP modules. **✨Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Directly support the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects, applying SAP methodologies (Activate, ASAP, Agile), PMO, and PMBOK. * Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management: Develop, manage, and update detailed schedules, costs, delivery margins, and scope, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Organize and participate in daily stand\-up meetings to discuss progress and blockers, and lead status and alignment meetings with internal teams (SAP functional consultants, developers) and business stakeholders/suppliers (Guepardo and partner consultancies). * Manage risks and issues (problems), proposing action plans, alternatives for deviations, and conflict resolution. Conduct business requirements analysis, review documentation, and translate fiscal/legal needs into functional and technical specifications for configuration in Guepardo and SAP. * * Serve as the focal point for integrating Guepardo Tax with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD), understanding data flows, impacts on fiscal calculations, and ancillary obligations. * Actively participate in testing phases (unit, integration, and UAT), ensuring configurations and developments comply with current legislation and project requirements. * Define and develop/improve project management processes, metrics, and KPIs. Maintain up\-to\-date project documentation in management tools, including minutes from all meetings, scope statements, schedules, lessons learned, and verification/storage of evidence and formalizations. * * Prepare weekly status reports and ensure smooth, clear communication among business units, IT, and project stakeholders. * Prepare necessary artifacts for Kick\-off and project initiation and closure documents. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in managing and/or supporting system implementation or improvement projects. * Mandatory experience or direct exposure to the Guepardo Tax solution and prior knowledge/experience in projects involving SAP ERP. * Proficiency in project management methodologies (Traditional \- Waterfall and/or Agile \- Scrum/Kanban). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
