




Responsibilities: * Actively participate in inventory audits, supporting the operational, accounting, tax, and finance departments in ensuring inventory data accuracy; * Conduct physical counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventories; * Supply packaging materials to the production line, such as caps, seals, and overcaps; * Supply raw materials to the weighing room and whole units to the verticalization area; * Maintain organization of packaging and raw material inventories; * Perform counts of indirect materials; * Forward physically received incoming and outgoing invoices and transport documents to the Curitiba office, assisting other administrative departments with control activities; * Assist in analyzing raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventories to ensure material availability for production planning fulfillment; * Ensure proper storage quality of finished goods, packaging, and raw materials—correctly placed on clean, cardboard-lined pallets, labeled when necessary, organized, and clean; * Ensure raw materials are properly labeled and segregated according to the Allergen POP (Standard Operating Procedure); * Collect quality samples whenever requested; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse areas (packaging and raw materials); * Comply with PPR (Prerequisite Programs) monitoring requirements and control measures applicable to your work area; * Perform cleaning tasks on COP (Cleaning-Out-of-Place) days in the washer area, only upon completion of registered training; * Dismantle and clean conveyor belts; * Handle effluent treatment, only upon completion of registered training; * Understand Prodiet’s Quality and Food Safety Policy and Objectives, and assess how daily activities impact the quality and safety of our products. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable; * Minimum one year of experience in the field is preferred; * Basic knowledge of safety and personnel matters; * Availability required for second shift (3:50 PM to 1:10 AM), Monday through Friday; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable.
