If you have experience in quality control, strong attention to detail, and wish to work in a dynamic and collaborative industrial environment, this opportunity is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections in production processes according to control plans and record results in company systems; * Support manufacturing on quality-related matters and perform pre-analyses when requested; * Ensure implementation of Quality Programs (**14QB’s, 5S, PARE**, among others) through targeted audits and inspections; * Perform **internal product audits** and **QNP audits** as required; * Record and report **non-conformities**, maintaining updated controls and area performance indicators; * Monitor non-conformance areas, ensuring proper registration and follow-up of corrective actions; * Comply with and promote the **Quality Policy and Objectives**; * Guarantee **confidentiality of information** and adherence to the **Code of Conduct**; * Fully comply with departmental **safety regulations and work instructions**. ### **Main Activities:** * Inspect production processes, components, and finished products according to technical standards and internal instructions; * Perform measurements and record data using metrology instruments; * Monitor corrective and preventive action plans together with manufacturing; * Support analysis and control of quality indicators; * Promote standardization and compliance with inspection requirements, contributing to continuous improvement; * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and PCP teams to ensure process stability and efficiency. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical high school diploma in **Mechanics, Quality, or related fields**; **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** working in **metal-mechanical production processes** or **quality control**; **Languages:** Not applicable. ### **Mandatory Technical Competencies:** * ERP user-level proficiency (**TOTVS Datasul preferred**); * Intermediate **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings**; * Basic **metrology** and use of measuring instruments; ### **Desirable Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of **aluminum forging and machining processes**; * Familiarity with **ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 management systems**; * Certification as an **Internal Auditor**; * Knowledge of **quality tools**, analysis reports, and the **8D methodology** for internal and supplier issue resolution. **Work Location:** Rua Vicente Canestraro, 697 – Colombo/PR Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Education: * Mechanics, Technical Course * Quality, Technical Course * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Parking * Grocery Voucher * Gym Pass
