Job Summary: Coordinate night-shift production teams, plan and monitor production processes, assign and supervise tasks, focus on quality and targets, and support continuous improvement. Ensuring quality, safety, and production targets **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate production teams during the night shift. * Plan and monitor production workflow, progress, and results; * Assign and supervise tasks, train teams with focus on quality and output, monitor EGA production indicators, and ensure achievement of targets; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, and implement the 5S methodology in production areas; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new production methods. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields; * Proven prior experience in this role; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Management Systems (ISO) and Technical Quality Standards; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of industrial processes (experience in plastic manufacturing will be considered a plus) * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and results orientation; Sector * Mining Employment Type Full-time Edit job description Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.695,01 \- R$4\.852,89 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher
