Focus on continuous improvement and performance indicators Description: What you need to have and/or know for this position: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the industrial sector; * Solid experience in people management; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and production process management; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs); * Knowledge of Quality tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Ishikawa, among others); * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Availability to work in the Fazenda Rio Grande/PR region during standard business hours. How you can contribute in this role: * Manage resources, people, and materials according to the approved budget; * Monitor all department activities throughout the workday to compile daily activity reports; * Provide information to support the development and maintenance of the departmental budget; * Monitor, analyze, and resolve potential issues related to productivity, absenteeism, waste, and quality; * Develop and/or suggest documents required for operational execution (procedures, checklists, work instructions, etc.); * Plan improvement actions for process and operational flow (Kaizen); * Schedule team vacations; * Control and achieve KPI targets; * Conduct team performance evaluations; * Ensure team training is carried out as planned; * Daily verification of employee compliance with standards and procedures; * Implement all Environment, Occupational Safety, and Fire Prevention activities within your area of responsibility; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the department or leadership direction. 2511150202461809292
