




**Responsibilities** We are seeking a PCP Analyst to plan and control production as well as materials planning, supporting daily analyses to ensure raw materials and inputs are available to supply the factory and guarantee optimal operation of our machinery. You will be responsible for aligning the production schedule and monitoring its progress, assessing material supply, and presenting analysis results to PCP managers. To excel in this role, we seek a professional with experience in PCP and PCM planning, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, hands-on approach, and meticulous attention to ensure process compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Regularly analyze MRP to address deviations from the production plan and/or materials plan, thereby maintaining continuous supply flow and preventing stockouts. * Plan maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Reassess planning parameters, identify gaps, and propose improvements. * Monitor KPIs and issue alerts upon detecting deviations from planned targets. * Master production and materials planning routines to proactively propose alternatives for planning deviations. * Operate the ERP system to generate procurement and production requirements. * Control raw material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages, and review the materials plan to avoid excess inventory. * Support the sales team regarding delivery timelines. * Develop procedures and work instructions. * Conduct weekly control of production orders (OPs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in production planning and control, and materials planning. * Ability to map processes and manage demand. * Knowledge of inventory analysis and management. * Strong negotiation skills for managing deadlines with internal and external suppliers and customers. * Critical mindset for analyzing planning effectiveness, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. * Experience leading teams is desirable.
