The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production throughout the entire manufacturing cycle of our products, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assisting in the preparation of various types of fillings. Performing shaping and assembly. Keeping the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, strictly following hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting in organizing and controlling raw material and finished product inventory. Performing packaging and storage of finished sweets. Previous experience in savory food production or industrial kitchen.
