We seek a committed professional who prepares and organizes the workplace while performing productive tasks such as drilling, sanding, assembly, and finishing of metal parts. This role also includes supporting quality control, inspecting parts, and preparing and painting products—ensuring product standards are met. Daily responsibilities include compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a production environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Workplace Preparation and Maintenance** * Prepare and organize the **workplace, machines, tools, and materials** * **Mark hazardous areas** according to safety regulations * Assist in **lubricating machines and equipment** * **Comply with occupational safety regulations** * **Use and maintain PPE and CPE** ### **Execution, Quality Control, and Production Support** * Perform **drilling, fastening, and sanding** operations * **Assemble small metal structures** * **Measure, transport, prepare, position, and finish metal parts** * **Inspect and assess the condition of parts** * **Repair or replace damaged parts** * **Assist in minor welding repairs** * **Complete product assembly for shipment** * **Report product non-conformities** * **Monitor and assist task execution under supervision** ### **Preparation and Painting** * Prepare surfaces and parts for painting (**sanding, cleaning, and applying primer**) * **Paint parts** * **Inspect paint quality** * **Monitor paint and solvent consumption** ### **Packaging, Storage, and Shipping Logistics** * Prepare materials for **packaging** * **Assemble, cut, label, and package finished products** * **Control quality of packaged products** * **Organize packaging inventory** * **Organize, palletize, and secure loads for shipment** * **Secure loads for safe transportation** * **Verify quantities, documentation, and visual quality** of shipments * Operate **material handling equipment** * **Assist in loading finished products** * **Support internal product movement** ### **Quality, Organization, and Safety** * Comply with **safety regulations**, identifying hazards and using PPE * Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of workstations, areas, and machines * Identify **unsafe conditions** in the workplace * Follow **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * Completed Elementary Education **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Handling of **hand tools** * Use of **cutting tools** * Application of **bolt fastening techniques** * Assembly of **small metal structures** **Additional Information** **Essential Benefits** ------------------------- * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher:** Flexible option for your commute, with a legal cap of only 6% deduction. * **Meal Voucher:** R$521.00\.
