Spare parts inventory management and supplier communication **Maintenance Planning Analyst \- Colombo/PR** We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst to join an established plastic injection manufacturing company located in Colombo\-PR, specializing in the automotive segment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for planning maintenance services (preventive and corrective), scheduling maintenance orders in accordance with Production Control and Planning (PCP). * Monitor maintenance activities alongside the maintenance and tooling teams. * Ensure implementation of maintenance plans (preventive and predictive). * Analyze quality of services rendered and supplied parts. * Analyze and monitor performance indicators – KPIs (MTBF \- Mean Time Between Failures, MTTR \- Mean Time To Repair, machine availability, etc.). * Manage maintenance software (Manusis). * Conduct cost analysis and control for the department. * Manage spare parts inventory and perform semi-annual inventory audits. * Liaise with spare parts and service suppliers for quotations and activity planning; * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and associated costs; **Prerequisites** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or holding a completed technical diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering; Salary negotiable \- market competitive Payment: starting at R$1.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
