The professional will be responsible for entering performance indicators, monitoring production orders, leather dispatch and return processes, and supporting inventory activities.

* Minerva Foods is the leader in beef export in South America and also operates in the processed foods segment, marketing its products to over 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.
* With our 46 industrial units offering healthy and nutritious products, we serve customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Entering Production Indicators; monitoring production orders in the internal system/spreadsheet used for indicator tracking: linear meter breakage, trimming at WB and semi-finished (re-trimming), waste at WB and semi-finished, area yield, classification. The data entered will support management decision-making.
* Managing leather dispatch and return processes within the system for semi-finished leather industrialization (outsourcing); controlling leather dispatch to fulfill semi-finished orders; tracking outstanding order volumes pending production.
* Monitoring loading operations: overseeing the loading process and verifying information on the delivery note against the physical volume to be loaded. This ensures accuracy in truck/container loading and full compliance with standard procedures.
* Supporting Inventory Processes: conducting inventory monitoring of stock on the first business day, jointly with the Technical Tanning Supervisor. Scanning labels on all pallets; calculating the volume of leather in production; comparing, at the end, the physical count (in pieces) from the inventory report against the system-recorded volume to ensure physical inventory matches the system (fiscal) volume.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields.
