We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** We seek a professional to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge across all process stages—from raw material receipt to final product dispatch—as well as maintenance strategies, planning, execution, and performance indicators. * Monitor planning/execution and other routine activities (control and implementation) of terminal maintenance; monitor teams and supervisors during service delivery; participate in and suggest actions; and execute area routines; * Monitor the opening of ATRs, DDS, and other trainings; * Participate in meetings with other COREX terminals to define expenditures and plan maintenance for shared areas; * Review and analyze documentation for controlling and planning preventive and corrective maintenance; * Define maintenance and operational reports and controls for the terminal; * Monitor terminal productivity and downtime indices, including weekly preparation and presentation; * Understand all regulations and certifications applicable to the Port of Paranaguá; * Document processes; * Non-conforming products and their impact on processes (receipt/storage); **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, administration, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and VBA); Power BI (a plus). **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
