**RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Execute and standardize the **monthly accounting closing** and other department routines. * Structure **internal controls**, accounting procedures, and workflows. * Consolidate accounting, management, and cost information, including data from manual processes. * Implement and maintain the **industrial costing system**. * Perform analyses of **margin, profitability, and cost variances**. * Manage cost allocation routines, cost centers, and apportionments. * Develop **cost reports and dashboards**, performance metrics, and department indicators. * Integrate information between **accounting, controlling, administrative, and production planning (PCP)**. * Support the department manager in structuring the new phase of the controlling area. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences** (mandatory). * Minimum of **5 years of experience in accounting**. * Experience in **industry** (minimum 3 years), preferably in food industry. * Experience with complete **accounting closing** (monthly, quarterly, and annual). * Experience in **management accounting** and **industrial costs**. * Knowledge of **industrial costing**, cost allocation, margin, and profitability. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA). * Knowledge of **taxation** applicable to industry: PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS. * Organized, analytical profile, hands\-on, and detail-oriented. * Ability to structure processes and work in a changing environment. * Availability to work **100% on-site** in Toledo/PR. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Finance
