**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Technical Assistant** to work in the **Engineering and 3D Printing** department, supporting the development of prototypes, devices, and functional parts. The professional will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and maintenance of 3D printers, as well as providing technical support to engineers in new product development and process improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor 3D printers (FDM, SLA or similar). * Prepare CAD files for printing (slicing, orientation, and support generation). * Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance. * Carry out finishing, cleaning, and post\-processing of printed parts. * Assist in dimensional control and validation of parts with the engineering team. * Organize the printing workflow, prioritizing demands and deadlines. * Manage material inventory (filaments, resins, supports). * Support the development of prototypes and testing devices. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Education (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Engineering or related fields). * Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar). * Experience or familiarity with 3D printing (knowledge of FDM or SLA is desirable). * Basic understanding of metrology and technical drawing interpretation. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail. **Desired Profile:** * Technical, curious, and organized profile. * Ability to work well in teams and under tight deadlines. * Interest in innovation and product development.
