Quality in the delivery of offline/online advertising materials, compliance of packaging and labeling with legal standards, and design process management with suppliers will ensure your success in this role. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Development of labels and packaging** in compliance with legal standards, trends, and in collaboration with the product and development team; * Understanding of **briefings**, **market analysis**, and references, construction of possible scenarios and validation with Leadership. * **Monitoring the process with suppliers**, ensuring compliant delivery from development through to first production; * **Final artwork preparation** for submission to the supplier, provision of labeling guidelines to ensure approved identity and execution of PDF reviews to prevent label discrepancies in production orders, being responsible for proof approval and final version; * **Development of graphic materials** and high-to-medium complexity advertising campaigns related to online and offline communication; * Alignment of briefings with requesters and **creative development of materials**, including 3D packaging modeling and other graphic needs. * **Guardian of Brands and design processes** – delivery timelines; * Guidance for requesting colleagues regarding **best practices in graphic design and visual identity**, as well as internal demand coordination with requesters. **Requirements and qualifications** * Required knowledge: 3D modeling, product development, design, pre-press and final artwork; * Experience in project management. * Solid experience with: 3D modeling software, graphic and web design tools, Adobe Creative Cloud platform. * Required skills: Project management, Communication, creative development. **Additional information** * Meal allowance; * Expense allowance or transportation voucher; * Pharmacy partnership; * Education institution partnerships; * Dental plan; * Employee product discounts; * Life insurance; * Cafeteria; * Breakfast provided. ### **We are Grupo Refriko!** We are constantly evolving our business strategies to become an increasingly prominent national reference in the beverage industry.
