Follow safety standards and procedures **Job Description – Flexographic Printer** We are looking for a Flexographic Printer to operate flexographic printing machines, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance of printed materials according to the company’s technical and safety standards. This professional will be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating equipment; monitoring the production process; and performing basic quality controls, ensuring optimal production performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate flexographic printing machines; * Perform register, pressure, inking, and drying adjustments; * Monitor printing and make corrections when necessary; * Ensure printed material quality in accordance with specifications; * Carry out equipment cleaning and maintenance; * Complete production and quality control records; * Follow safety, quality, and internal procedural standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience as a flexographic printer; * Knowledge of inks and flexographic processes; * Attention to detail and quality awareness; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in the graphic industry; * Experience with various substrates (plastic, paper, films); * Knowledge of color control.
