Build this story with us.** The Paraná Lot 05 is one of the most important highway infrastructure projects in the State of Paraná. We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and development to the entire region. The concession period includes the duplication of 239 km of highway, the construction of 20 km of service roads, the realignment of 2 km of roadway, and the implementation of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, it foresees the construction of 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian bridges, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bicycle lanes. Apply to our new openings and share!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the Institutional Relations Management team across the full scope of institutional activities, including but not limited to: preparing communication materials and institutional reports; proposing agendas with key stakeholders relevant to the concession; promoting strategic dialogue with public agencies, regulatory bodies, political leaders, and communities; supporting communication of the Concessionaire’s initiatives to stakeholders; representing the management team at events, as needed; identifying political and economic decisions that may affect the company’s interests and suggesting appropriate actions and/or negotiation strategies; negotiating interests and exchanging information; fostering corporate social responsibility and ethics. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in customer service and negotiation is desirable, along with patience and strong verbal communication skills; Knowledge of Consumer Protection Legislation and basic customer service principles; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Basic English proficiency. **Additional Information** 100% on-site position in Cascavel/PR Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; The IBH Serviços e Participações is a Highway Platform operated by funds managed by Pátria Investimentos.
