




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and executing mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing equipment usage and ensuring process safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Guide operators on the correct use of tools and basic maintenance Responsibilities: * Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and perform mechanical maintenance to reduce equipment failures, maximize equipment lifespan, and avoid unplanned production stoppages; * Perform various tasks (corrective, preventive, and improvement) on factory facilities and equipment; * Specify mechanical parts required for equipment maintenance; * Maintain and ensure organization and cleanliness in the maintenance area to promote equipment and tool hygiene as well as site cleanliness, and ensure orderly storage of maintenance materials to optimize work time and location; * Control the removal and return of tools from the maintenance area to ensure proper usage and prevent loss; * Guide production operators on the correct use of tools to avoid excessive wear or irreparable damage when necessary, recording guidance in attendance lists and submitting them to HR; * Enter data into spreadsheets to build historical records for measurement via departmental indicators (e.g., line downtime duration and frequency, costs associated with part or equipment replacement); * Ensure work is performed in compliance with individual and/or collective occupational safety regulations, including appropriate use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and adherence to Prodiet’s quality standards; * Guide and train production operators on basic equipment maintenance when necessary, recording guidance in attendance lists and submitting them to HR; * Know, describe, update, and publish area work procedures and instructions on SharePoint to standardize and formalize processes and comply with the company’s QMS; Requirements: * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel preferred); * Knowledge of pneumatic and lubrication systems; * NR-35 (work at heights); * Knowledge of NR-10 (safety in electrical installations and services) and NR-12 (occupational safety in machinery and equipment). - Prior experience in building maintenance (minor repairs – electrical and hydraulic) is desirable; * Knowledge of Quality (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000) is desirable; * Basic English (technical reading) is desirable; * Solid knowledge of personnel safety is desirable. Availability to work Monday through Friday, first and second shifts.
