Focus on continuous improvement and safety We are seeking a professional to work as Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for managing industrial and building maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and continuous process improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and structural); Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and propose improvements; Prepare technical reports on the condition of structures and equipment; Support and supervise construction, renovation, and internal projects; Maintain industrial machinery and equipment; Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials; Respond to internal requests, organizing priorities and deadlines; Lead the maintenance team, conducting training and feedback sessions; Develop and standardize operational procedures; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; Identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements; **REQUIREMENTS:** Valid driver's license; Experience in industrial and building maintenance; Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Experience in team management. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Knowledge of GMP, ANVISA, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP; Technical education in logistics, administration, or related fields; Experience in manufacturing industry. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance (R$ 350.00\) * Breakfast at the company * Transportation allowance * Uniform * Birthday day off **After probation period:** * Gympass (optional) * Co-payment health plan * Pharmacy benefits * Supplements at cost price
