Job Summary: Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of outdoor areas, roads, gardens, and buildings, acting in both preventive and corrective capacities. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain machines, equipment, and property resources Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of outdoor areas, internal roads, gardens, and existing buildings. Will act in both preventive and corrective manners, ensuring organization, functionality, and good condition of facilities. Must reside on the farm (on-site housing provided). **Main Responsibilities** * Mow designated areas to prevent excessive weed growth. * Keep internal roads open and in good driving condition. \-Care for and maintain the garden of the main house. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing buildings. * Carry out minor masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. * Maintain machines, equipment, and resources provided by the property. **Requirements** * Experience operating brush cutters and hedge trimmers, with proper usage to preserve equipment. * Ability to drive and operate tractors. * Basic knowledge of maintenance (masonry, plumbing, and electrical work). * Prior experience on rural properties or small farms.
