Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations (electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting); * Identify and report structural repair needs; * Carry out minor repairs on furniture, doors, locks, lighting, and equipment; * Maintain internal and external areas; Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2\.166,00 * On-site meal * Meal allowance: R$ 330,00 * Transportation allowance Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
