Description

Job Summary: Manage and maintain routes and travel plans, register customer polygons, and provide logistical support to ensure transportation efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Daily creation and maintenance of routes and travel plans in the system. 2. Support to logistics coordinators and handling of internal requests. 3. Interaction with various departments to ensure transportation efficiency. Create, validate, and perform daily maintenance of routes and travel plans in the system. Register customer geographic area boundary polygons. Provide support to logistics coordinators regarding routes and polygon registration. Handle requests from involved departments for route corrections. Interact with internal departments (sales, operations, tracking, maintenance) to ensure efficiency and quality in the transportation process. Keep the transportation management system (TMS) and other tools used by the department always up to date. Perform other related duties as required and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.
