




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing materials, performing assemblies, operating tools, inspecting parts and subassemblies, as well as controlling and recording production activities, in compliance with quality and safety standards. Organization and continuous improvement **Main Responsibilities:** · * Prepare materials and tools according to Work Order/FPP and verify quantities and codes before starting the operation; * Perform simple assemblies following work instructions and drawings, including application of rubber components, threading, and fastening; * Operate basic manual and pneumatic tools, as trained and under supervision when required; * Monitor critical operational parameters indicated in the FPP and request adjustments when necessary; * Visually inspect parts and subassemblies, clean, protect (felt, packaging), and label according to instructions; * Package volumes/boxes/pallets ensuring part protection and correct identification; * Record production data: start time, end time, quantities produced, reasons for stoppages, and incidents; * Daily check of basic equipment and record discrepancies; report maintenance needs; * Comply with QMS/ISO requirements: manage documentation associated with the batch, identify and report nonconformities (NCs) to the team leader/QMS; * Maintain workbench and workplace organized, ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper care of measuring instruments; * Support inventory counts, stocktaking, and continuous improvement initiatives when requested; * Perform other related tasks assigned by leadership; * Provide suggestions to improve departmental processes, supporting agility and on-time delivery; * Support the company’s environmental and social management through responsible actions and conduct; * Comply with and ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics, internal safety policies, internal procedures, use of PPE, and ISO 9001 guidelines; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.412,00 \- R$2\.608,91 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance License/Certification: * Do you have a Basic Mechanics course?
