Job Summary: Support and improve manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, leading cost reduction initiatives and problem-solving activities. Work with Lean Manufacturing and KPI management Support and improve manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing; Propose and implement cost reduction initiatives and improvements related to layout changes; Lead A3s and problem-solving activities; Assist in managing area KPIs: productivity, work instructions, cycle times, OEE, among others; Develop technical tooling documentation; Develop and deliver lectures, training sessions, and seminars related to manufacturing processes and standardized work; Critically evaluate process, material, and information flows; Participate in PFMEA development; Lead direct labor sizing and overtime forecasting process; Collect and analyze process cycle times and develop ergonomic improvements; Develop utility solutions for production cells, including product handling systems, tooling, and organization methods within a manufacturing cell; Evaluate investment needs, defining and requesting tooling, fixtures, machinery, training, etc.; Size production processes: takt time, cycle time, operator utilization, workstation balancing, capacities, efficiencies, etc.; Register product manufacturing routings in the ERP system; Continuously improve existing processes, considering quality, environmental, and safety standards, as well as feedback from customers, representatives, designers, product engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree – Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or related fields. **Experience in plastic injection** Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in plastic injection processes?
