We want your application! ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Daily determination of confectionery production volumes based on quantity and variety of displayed products; * Guides, leads, and/or executes general confectionery production (cakes, candies, pies, cookies, etc.), including preparation of doughs, fillings, syrups, and coatings, ensuring excellence in quality and consumer presentation. * Remains vigilant regarding the condition of products displayed to the public, monitoring expiration dates, packaging appearance, and correct pricing; * Ensures safety in area production by overseeing proper use of PPE, equipment, and utensils used by confectioners and assistants; * Periodically analyzes bakery performance results and prepares reports for review by supervisors regarding area performance. * Manages people in a comprehensive manner; ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Completed high school education; * Customer service aligned with company standards; * Compliance with operational procedures required for the position; * Attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative; * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage.
