Job Summary: Professional responsible for registering train data and inspections in the system, managing incidents, and interacting with customers to clarify doubts. Key Highlights: 1. Data registration and inspections in the system 2. Incident and report management 3. Direct interaction with customers **ACTIVITIES** * Register in the GBM system data of trains delivered to the terminal, including: license plate list / service line / loading/unloading times per wagon; * Register in the GBM system evidence of inspections performed, along with respective causes and quantities of damages identified per wagon; * Verify and record breakdowns, log incidents, indicate unloaded wagons, and send reports to the customer; * Clarify customer inquiries. **SCHEDULE** * 6 days on, 1 day off: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (mandatory) * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B) **BENEFITS** * Meal/food allowance * Life insurance * Total Pass Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.053,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection question(s): * CPF * Do you reside in Cascavel/PR?
